The course emphasizes that trauma is not solely limited to big T traumas, such as abuse or acts of violence, but also includes little t traumas, which are the cumulative effects of ongoing experiences that leave individuals feeling unseen, unheard, unsafe, and unworthy. Participants will gain an understanding of how trauma affects individuals' beliefs and behaviors and explore the distinction between trauma and abuse.
Through real-life examples and expert insights, participants will develop a deeper understanding of trauma's impact on individuals.
