Instead of fighting your nervous system or muscling through panic, Stacey shows participants how to listen to their inner signals with compassion and curiosity—before they explode into burnout. It’s not about “fixing” anxiety. It’s about learning to understand the part of you that’s trying to protect you.
Her passion for this work is rooted in her own 20-year battle with anxiety—and the freedom that came when she finally understood what was driving it. Stacey lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband Matt, their two sons, Ben and Tae, and their dogs, Ella and Iris.

4 Essential Steps to Heal Your Anxiety from Within
Every day, millions of smart, capable, overachieving individuals drag themselves through work, relationships, and sleepless nights because they feel like they are always turning a hamster wheel, where no matter how much they do, it’s never enough. And the anxiety that comes with that is relentless.
It messes with your mind, hijacks your focus, locks up your gut, and convinces you that something terrible is always just around the corner. One in three U.S. adults knows this feeling all too well. And for most people, they want to kick anxiety to the curb, and get rid of it at any cost. But what if someone told you that anxiety isn’t the enemy but is actually your most loyal companion?
“Befriend Your Anxiety” flips the script by showing participants that anxiety isn’t you, but rather a part of you. In other words, it’s NOT about fighting your nervous system or muscling through panic, but instead learning how to listen to your inner signals with compassion and curiosity.
During this fast-paced, highly interactive session participants will learn:
How to decode the hidden messages your anxiety is sending.
Why burnout is the body’s last resort when the alarm keeps ringing and nobody checks for fire
How to calm your system using Polyvagal Theory — a science-backed method for bringing your body back to safety.
The life-changing magic of Parts Work — a way to see your mind as an inner family, where every anxious part has a story, a purpose, and a voice worth hearing.
