Instead of fighting your nervous system or muscling through panic, Stacey shows participants how to listen to their inner signals with compassion and curiosity—before they explode into burnout. It’s not about “fixing” anxiety. It’s about learning to understand the part of you that’s trying to protect you.

Her passion for this work is rooted in her own 20-year battle with anxiety—and the freedom that came when she finally understood what was driving it. Stacey lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband Matt, their two sons, Ben and Tae, and their dogs, Ella and Iris.
